Worst service ever I faced in my life..they came for feasibility check and they told to pay n connection will be done in 4-5 days with assurance ..n then it was more than. 10days ..they neither came nor pick the calls ..instead they even used to disconnect the calls after picking and have been setting up wrong hopes ..n finally when I told I would be complaining to police station they said connection is not possible n all n ask to request for refund ..n no idea they would do the refund or not..
Kindly note:Never go for ACT..even customer service people just transfer n transfer and disconnect the call ..n very rude to customers.
WORST service ,worst customer service ,ACT should not even be the last preference of people ..

We have complained to ACT customer care 5 days back .
But still they have not resolved issue.
Even very Difficult to contact customer care.
Better avoid ACT internet.

Worst internet service... Please don't pay any amount without getting the internet connection... They won't give back my money 35 days are completed.... Very worst network.... before collecting my money they keep on called me after that I called them 1000 times but no response....even they group mail I'd also not responding ... So if you want to loose you patience and money go for ACT fibernet....

Say big NO to ACT Fibernet !! N If you stay in Whitefield area their service is even worse
Pros:
Internet speed (when it is working!!! **Conditions apply )
Cons:
1) Connection goes down very frequently or speed drops or backup power stops working (believe me when I say frequent here, almost every 2 weeks)
2) the technician who fixes the ticket which was raised will not have any idea what he fixed, he will not know what was the root cause and will close the ticket even without confirming with the customer if it’s really working
3) so most certainly you will end up reopening the same ticket or raise similar ticket after a week or two
4) technicians are available only weekdays from 9am to 6pm(when most of us will also be in office) They all call and ask if you are you at home as they are coming to fix the problem. If you are a working person and you can’t stay at home then it was entirely your problem that poor guys could not provide you proper solution.. and they can come anytime that day or next day they cannot give you any fixed time you know it’s not their mistake you opted for their service..
5) so of you chose ACT as your internet provider please inform at your workplace and apply planned leaves every two weeks /even better every to get your internet connection fixed .. if not be ready that your ticket will be closed with false updates and connection will work for few more hours n then the Bhooom ….
6) call the customer support and they will give same recorded answers , your bag will be filled and heavy with their sorries and apologies with no solution. It would be apt to rename their customer support- ‘Naale Ba service’ -Nale Ba – Wikipedia (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nale_Ba)
7) if at all you are frustrated following up with them (or am I the only one who gets frustrated?) don’t dare to raise your voice !!! It’s a crime … They will remind you that you are on a professional call and start preaching you about ethics and manners.. no no you cannot ask them back about their work ethics !!, Should not ask how professional they are in providing their service !!, cannot question how they can provide false resolution data and close ticket !!..

NO NO NO you cannot question anything because you chose their service.. and that’s ittt.

So if you are ready to fight every now n then to get internet working and also pay money for the mental stress they are causing go ahead with their service

Absolutely pathetic service. I have paid 6 months rental in advance and since one month, the speeds are below 1 MBPS. Even after repeated follow ups, nothing has happened. They asked me to buy additional data which I did, but still see no improvement in speed. Their standard reply is they are checking and revert. Worst service from them, if you have a alternative, don’t ever go for ACT Fibernet.

Worst customer service .Call is put and hold for more than 12 mins n even if we are on hold call Gets disconnected .and it’s 8days since I booked the connection but haven’t got it yet even after paying the full amount for 3 months. Worst broadband ever.

Hello all, please be careful before making any payment to the sales executive. he confidently says it is feasible to provide service and takes the payment.later on he realizes that there is no feasibility. To get back your money from ACT is a big pain. They have not made by payment even after 1 month.it has happened to one more person in my building…..do not trust till you are sure that there’s network in your place

Extremely worst service. Net is not working since 5 days. We have complaint 8 times, since 5 days. My daughter has online exam. She is not able to write the exam. There no response form Act team.
