Apple has planned to assemble its premium models in India for this company has made partnership with Foxconn . Apple already started assembling its iPhones in 2017 and the first phone to be assembled in India was iPhone SE and the next phone was iPhone 6S, now Apple is planning to assemble iPhone X series in India.

Apple has planned for assembling its phones in India because of expensive tariff on the imported smartphone though, the import of various parts of a smartphone has cheap rates. On order to manufacture the phone, Foxconn will expand its manufacturing unit in Sriperumbudur. It is the same plant where the company manufactures Xiaomi mobiles. If this plan is approved, then the phone will be developed in India and customers can get these phones at a lower cost.

The internal memory of the mobile is 64GB and RAM of 2GB. Another variant of this mobile has internal memory of 256GB.There is no external memory slot in the mobile so memory card cannot be used.
