To decrease the risk of electric shock, we generally use Circuit breakers as the safety mechanism. If the current exceeds a particular value, they get tripped. You can reset it either by pressing a button or flipping a switch. If the circuit breaker keeps on tripping even after not using the high current devices, there might be some probabilities for it. It can either be due to overloaded circuits, bad power, faulty circuits, etc. Keep these things in mind and do not overload the circuits either by connecting many appliances with one circuit or usage of high-current appliances.
