The Falling Guillotine God Roll sword can only be obtained after reaching Season Rank 30. You will receive a free version of the weapon with a static roll after you reach the 30th rank. Random rolls of this sword will only be available after you reach Season Rank 45. This takes place as you need to decrypt the Arrival-Focused Umbral Engram. This is only obtained after unlocking versions of Cold Denial and falling Guillotine.
