Recently, Ford is in the news as it is developing its own auto-driving cars. That is good news but there are other platforms as well with the same strategy. This fragmentation is a huge concern for the world in the auto-driving car developing companies and also for people using them. People are going to face great difficulty when the different cars from different companies will throw the different signals and these signals would not be able to understand by cars which are on the way. This can cause huge mishaps.
The solutions that are putting hopes in the hearts of common man and giant companies have surfaced recently. Ford has written a memorandum in which the company has proposed that there should be a common language for all company’s which are developing these auto-driving cars

Human Factor specialist for Ford’s self-driving program has opined that the universal common language is critical to gain for signaling the cars and people using the same road. This is because critical factors like when the car is going to start, when it is going to turn, when it is intending to stopping etc. should be in a way that each and every human can easily understand it without any geographical boundations and limitations at all.
