Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) has introduced Covid India Seva, the main purpose of this twitter handler is to offer a fast and accurate response to a user query about coronavirus related topics.
This channel is hosted on Twitter Seva, The Covid India Seva handle will work as a digital connection between people seeking help form government authorities, Twitter has claimed that its multilingual platform (in which Hindi is the second most used language after English) will help the government reach out to a wider volume of users and answer their queries.
This major step will also help to curb coronavirus related misinformation on Twitter, This Twitter handle was announced by Dr Harsh Vardhan (Union Minister for Health & Family Welfare India)

Previously, the Central government launched an official chatbot on WhatsApp by name MyGov Corona Helpdesk to provide informative details about coronavirus and also create awareness among the citizens about the preventive measures.
