  • Step 3: Enable ‘OEM unlock’ only if it is applicable. For this follow the steps mentioned below.
    1. Visit the ‘Settings’ of your device and select the option of ‘About phone’. Tap 7 times on the option of ‘Build number’ for enabling the options of the developer.
    2. Go to the page of ‘Main settings’ again and choose the ‘Developer options.
    3. Search for the checkbox of ‘Enable OEM to unlock and enable the option.
  • Step 4: Boot the device via ‘Download mode’ & follow the methods mentioned below.
    1. Turn off your device.
    2. Press and hold on to the Volume down and power button simultaneously for some time until a warning appears on the screen.
    3. Hold on to the volume up button for accepting it and booting your device into ‘Download mode’.
  • Step 5: After putting your device into download mode, connect it with your PC via USB cable. The Odin window will detect the device and display a message of ‘Added’.
  • Step 6: Go to the AP tab present on the Odin window and choose the file names ‘TWRP recovery.tar’ downloaded from the device.
  • Step 7: Select the ‘Start’ button and wait for the process to finish. After a successful finish, a pass message will be displayed on the Odin screen.
  • Step 8: After the installation of Odin, your device will reboot on its own & then you need to disconnect your smartphone from it.

Method To Boot Your Samsung Galaxy Device Into TWRP Recovery Mode

  • Step 1: Turn off your device.
  • Step 2: Press and hold on to the Volume up, home, and power buttons simultaneously for some time until the logo appears on the screen.
  • Step 3: Release all the buttons simultaneously.
  • Step 4: The device will reboot into TWRP Recovery.
