New Jio Fiber Broadband Connection Registration

New customers can apply for Jio Fiber by visiting the official Jio Fiber website. After selecting their desired location for the broadband connection, users must specify if it’s for work or home.

• Then, they provide their name, mobile number, and email. Verification is done via OTP sent to the provided phone number.
• Following successful registration, a Reliance Jio salesperson will call the consumer to schedule the installation of the Jio Fiber connection.
• To sign up for JioFiber, click on the registration link and follow these steps:
• Provide your name and mobile number, then click ‘Generate OTP’.
• Enter the OTP you received on your phone and select ‘Verify OTP’.
• Share the address where you want JioFiber installed.

Each connection includes a dual-band router (2.4GHz + 5GHz), ethernet cable, telephone cable, power adapter, patch cord, and quick start guide, all provided by the engineer during installation.

Jio Fiber Broadband Installation Charges

For new Reliance Jio Fiber connections, there is a one-time charge of Rs. 2,500. This includes a non-refundable installation fee of Rs.1,000 for prepaid connections. Additionally, a refundable security deposit of Rs.500 is required for the Jio Home Gateway (Router) and Rs.1,000 for the Set-top Box (if selected). Along with these charges, customers must also pay for their chosen monthly plan.
