After the four days of mega-deal with Facebook, Reliance Industries based JioMart has started its WhatsApp online shopping portal. Currently, it is available in Thane, Kalyan, and Navi Mumbai. JioMart could spread the pilot run of the project to different states with the help of WhatsApp.
How To Place Orders On JioMart
- Send an introductory message to the number +918850008000 for placing your order from JioMart.
- After sending the message you will receive a welcome message from JioMart along with the shopping link.
- The link will be active only for the next 30 minutes. This link will redirect you to the page where you have to fill your personal information. For example, number, area, city, etc.
- Add items to your shopping cart, then click on the place order option given at the bottom.
- Once the order is placed, JioMart will send you the customer invoice along with the Kirana shop details and address.
- After all these steps you will receive a message from the shop and once the order is ready you can pay to the shop and pick up the order.

At present there no limits on placing your order. The only condition is customers have to place their orders before 7 pm every day so that it could be ready at their nearest Kirana store within 2 days.
JioMart will not help the customers but also small and medium businesses to grow. Jio is digitizing the SMBs server from one year.
