- Step 1: Using your Apple ID and password login into Cloud.com
- Step 2: Then click on the text messages option.

Retrieve From iTunes
If you are unable to back up from the iCloud then you can recover your messages from a backup on iTunes or Finder.
- Step 1: Connect your device to the PC or Mac from the backup.
