If it’s spam, you’ll see a red tag on the name because many people have reported the number as spam. If you want to block a number or put it under the category of spam, you can use Truecaller and flag it as a fraud call or Spam to be aware.

If anyone is calling you in the name of any organization or company, you can contact that company via customer care or helpline number to re-check if the call was genuine or fake.
