The latest Twitter project is around the corner which is going to cease the activities that are done by hateful users. Even if the language will not directly target someone, the indirect or any kind of dehumanizing behavior would track the ‘hateful groups/users’ etc and stern actions would be taken against that entity. A currently released too called ‘Exploring Online Hate Dashboard’ is the joint project with New American Foundation and Anti-Defamation League. The working process of the dashboard searches and monitors ‘hateful content’ from 1000 Twitter accounts. Then 40 accounts that display the hateful content are selected and using them more similar accounts are searched, the other account which is found by using the algorithms which trace the similar accounts having the related content.
Researchers on Twitter can then take the action and track the hateful activities in real time. This is going to be a big relief for the users. Women are being abused and harassed on Twitter and there was no means to track the abusive accounts initially. But with this project, such activities are going to be curbed as now the authorities have means to check and trace the accounts that likes creating problems or dehumanizing other people users on Twitter.

In addition to this, extremism on Twitter will also be controlled with this awesome practice that has been started on Twitter. There are many groups that are promoting terrorism activities and are also creating a plethora of fake accounts to enhance these activities. All of this can now be put under control; with this project. Moreover, this project is very similar to Hamilton 68, which works to track the activities which pretend to work as Russian influence operations online. Something similar done by Twitter is a breath of relief.
