Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro was launched in India on 22nd November. Much of its features are same as Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro. The price of Redmi Note 6 Pro is Rs. 15,999. The mobile comes with 6GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage.
Redmi Note 6 Pro comes with dual camera. The rear camera is of 12 MP sensor while the front camera is of 5 MP. The operating system in Redmi Note 6 Pro is MIUI 10 which is based on Android Oreo 8.1. With MIUI 10, users can change the background blur while taking photos in portrait position. Users can also use AI through MIUI 10 while using apps as it can be predicted that which app has to be loaded next.
The mobile comes with a large display with gesture support similar to Apple gestures on its iPhones. Though the gestures of Android are not similar to iOS Xiaomi has tried to do so in the Redmi Note 6 Pro. Users can trigger the back button by swiping from the right edge of the button and move forward from the left.
In order to go to the Home screen, the user has to swipe at the bottom and to display the app window, user has to hold on the swipe.
The design of the Redmi Note 6 Pro is similar to Redmi Note 5 Pro. Redmi Note 6 Pro has a plastic frame with the metallic plate at the back, which makes the mobile less slippery. The mobile has 6.26 inches IPS LCD display having the resolution of 1080 x 2280 pixels.
The large display helps to view Netflix and YouTube more clear. The maximum brightness of Note 6 Pro is 500 nits which helps the user to see the content on the screen clearly in bright sunlight. It can be said that though most of the features are same as Redmi Note 5 Pro, Note 6 Pro has many upgraded features.
